“ I really enjoy Victoricos as a local spot. Typically order the ranchero burrito for breakfast and the mushroom quesadilla for snacks. Super easy drive through option and always friendly staff. Today I was rushing to an appointment and ordered both of my favorites alongside two energy drinks. I was preparing for a long shift at work. Unfortunately, the driver never picked up my drinks and was oblivious to checking the receipt. (The store did have them packed in a separate bag). Uber wouldn't send the driver back out and it was going to take 7 days for a refund, so I called the Springfield store back a bit upset. The manager was FANTASTIC and not only was really understanding and called me back with a solution... One of her staffers personally drove to my house to deliver the drinks. I was blown away by their extra effort. The have a long time foodie fan now. ”

“ Our family enjoys the food at Victorico's. They have a ton of options and so far they've all tasted good. The spice level is low but you can amp it up with the salsa bar. The restaurant is clean, there's a couple TVs if you want to follow a game, and the staff has been kind and helpful. Winter 2025 they have pozole, comes in a big bowl with garnishes, great for a cold rainy day. Will be coming back for that! Also their beverages are Coke products, which I prefer, so for that. ”
“ As a San Diego native (Taco Shop Capital of the World) they've got pretty darn good food, with Rolled Tacos just like home..! The Carni is good. Hot Sauces are pretty good too. ”

“ This place was truly phenomenal. I didn't have high hopes, going into an old Jack in the Box building, but I immediately loved the decor of dia de los muertos and all the red and black. I was not a fan of their breakfast items, because the grill was too hot for their eggs and I have a complete intolerance for anything close to burnt eggs. According to my son, the men's room smelled like kitty litter and not good at all, and I have a strong disinclination for fast food that asks for tips. All that being said, I still gave five stars because their service, atmosphere and food were absolutely amazing. The pink haired woman who took out order was fast, friendly and personable, the atmosphere was comfy and well spaced, the rolled tacos and tots were delicious, but the quesabirria and soup/dip that came with it were eye-rollingly delicious, seriously! Will definitely be returning to try more menu items, I'm downright excited about the carne asada street tacos! ”
